Musicly is a free game. By playing it you agree to these few rules.

The music

Song clips are Deezer's free 30-second previews, for private, personal use only. Don't record, download or share them. Songs, covers and names belong to their owners. Musicly isn't affiliated with Spotify, Apple or Deezer.

Your playlists

You decide which playlists you add, and they stay in your browser. Only add files and links you're allowed to use.

Friend rooms

• Pick a nickname that isn't offensive and doesn't pretend to be someone else.
• The host can remove players, and rooms close by themselves when nobody plays.
• Don't flood the room server, try to break it or use it for anything but playing. Rooms and connections that do may be blocked.

The service

Musicly is offered as it is, free of charge, without any guarantee that it is always available or free of mistakes. It may change, pause or stop at any time. As far as the law allows, Musicly is not liable for any loss from using it. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your country stay unaffected.

These terms follow Austrian law. They may be updated; the date below shows the latest version.
